Welcome to the Rocky Valley RV Resort website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Use of the Site

The Site provides information about Rocky Valley RV Resort, LLC ("we," "us," "our") and allows users to make reservations for campsites and RV spots. By using our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

2. Reservation System

All reservations made through our Site are processed by a third-party provider, Firefly Reservations. By booking through our Site, you agree to be bound by Firefly Reservations' terms and conditions, which may be found on their website. Rocky Valley RV Resort is not responsible for any errors, delays, or issues with reservations managed by Firefly Reservations.

3. Payment Terms

All payments for reservations are processed through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our systems. For more information on Stripe’s payment terms, please review their terms of service and privacy policies.

Reservation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Please review our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made according to our cancellation policy, which is available on the Site. Cancellations made outside of the allowed period may be subject to penalties, and any refunds issued will be at our sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Activities

While using our Site or services, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Submit false or misleading information during the reservation process.
  • Use any automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and other materials, is the property of Rocky Valley RV Resort, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rocky Valley RV Resort, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, services, or third-party systems such as Firefly Reservations or Stripe.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocky Valley RV Resort, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Site, services, or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Site or services for any reason, including breach of these Terms, without notice or liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New Hampshire.
